Your Kickstarter Programme includes FOUR carefully crafted workouts that are designed to be performed in a socially-distanced gym. You will use equipment in creative ways and combine this with challenging bodyweight exercises to help minimise the amount of equipment you need to touch, clean and move. 

The workouts not only build strength, but they help reeducate your body to safely carry out key movement patterns required in exercise. 

You will also challenge your cardiovascular system and burn calories to help shed any excess weight accumulated during lock down.

I have included worksheets and exercises to help you focus your mind and help you regain and sustain your motivation. 

A state of the art mobile app allows you to access your materials anytime and anywhere through your Training Dashboard. 

Each workout is accompanied by videos of the key exercises along with a description of the moves.  You can record your own movements so you can compare them with that in the video and also allow your coach to view your form.

An integrated tracking system means that you can see your progress in terms of increased weights, sets and reps along with body measurements and progress photos. 

You can also track your nutrition through a food diary, tick off your habits and compare progress photos.
