How it Works
Following an initial consultation, we work together to set your goals and expectations
Through movement screenings, we'll pick up any imbalances to work on.
A tailored workout programme will be developed for you that meets your training schedule and needs
Workouts are delivered via a comprehensive mobile app and web platform. Results are captured and monitored allowing for individualised feedback and adjustments where appropriate.
Nutrition support helps to ensure your body is getting the fuel it needs.
The state of the art mobile app allows you to access your materials anytime and anywhere through your Training Dashboard.
Each workout is accompanied by videos of the key exercises along with a description of the moves. You can record your own movements so you can compare them with that in the video and also allow your coach to view your form.
An integrated tracking system means that you can see your progress in terms of increased weights, sets and reps along with body measurements and progress photos.
You can also track your nutrition through a food diary and receive feedback from your coach.
You can integrate your Fitbit, Myzone products and your MyFitnessPal account into the system. This means that if you prefer to track your eating with MyFitnessPal you will get summary graphs and tables in your Training Dashboard that helps you keep on top of your diet.
You also receive coaching materials such as nutrition advice, foam rolling techniques, stretching moves and information about muscle soreness.
Your coach is available to you via an integrated instant messaging system and of course you can email for support at any time.

Please note that this session does not give you a personalised programme, only an outline of what training and nutrition is needed to achieve your goals. From there, we can determine what best suits your needs.
